About Lasting Wellness Therapy Lisa Clendening, BEd, MSW, RSW, Registered Social Worker/Psychotherapist, a trauma therapist offering EMDR, IFS, Somatic Healing, and other integrative therapies.

With over 25 years of experience in teaching and counselling, and more than 15 years of clinical expertise, Lisa supports people navigating complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, addictions and emotional disconnection. Her approach integrates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness, Self- Compassion, CBT and DBT. Lisa believes wellness is a return to wholeness, a reconnection of mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Her work meets you exactly where you are at, guiding you toward a calmer nervous system, deeper clarity, and an authentic relationship with your true Self.
